To celebrate the crisp autumn air and the coming holiday season, and to do our part during a time of economic uncertainty, we are offering free shipping on all yarn (including kits) and small accessories. We regret that due to weight we cannot extend the offer to include the Jumbo Ball Winder, Large Swift, Kookaburra Wool Wash or any books.

*There are some countries which have more difficulty than most reliably delivering our packages. Because we personally guarantee delivery to every customer, no matter where they are located, we have to use more expensive International Priority shipping rather than the more cost effective International First Class (this is because IP is fully tracked, whereas IFC is not). Therefore, customers shipping to the following countries will be charged our usual exact postage plus insurance:

Continental USA, HI, AK and APO, and US Protectorates:

• $4.95 ships as many books, cds or dvds as you care to order USPS Media Mail (est. 2-4 weeks delivery) - Please note that yarn cannot travel via Media Mail.

• $8.95 ships as much as you care to order either USPS First Class or Priority Mail (our choice) (est. 2-5 days delivery). Where shipping weight and size warrent, we will manually reduce your charge. This applies especially to lightweight yarn orders.

Expedited Express Mail orders via USPS pay only our exact cost. Use the "Special Instructions" box when you check out to tell us if you need it. Be sure to let us know the date by which you must receive your package.

International Airmail orders via US Post Office
